Jessica Driscoll supports and works closely with partners and clients on a variety of HR needs. With almost two decades of experience in the field of human resources, Jess brings a breadth of HR expertise to SZH. She began her HR journey in commercial real estate in NJ, where she spent almost five years supporting HR operations. After a move to VA, Jess spent the next 14 years in the non-profit sector, holding progressive positions in the areas of HR operations, learning and development, talent management, and strategic business partnerships. In 2020, she was ready for a change and began HR consulting. She enjoys working with a variety of clients across sectors. 


Jess has earned two HR certifications -- the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, and the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Jess also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury University. 

In addition to her HR knowledge, Jess’s strong project management skills, dedication to client support, curiosity, commitment to excellence, and collaborative approach make her a valuable colleague. Jess is passionate about continuous learning, well-being, and harmony. She lives in the Washington DC area with her husband and two young sons. In her spare time, she enjoys time in nature, meditation, and Pilates.
