Rosaelena O’Neil

Rosaelena O'Neil is an executive leadership and career management coach working for over 30 years with individuals and teams to support professional growth, development, and strategic alignment. Rosie's practice includes work with leaders in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She has worked in the public and private sector serving in the White House and the U.S. Treasury Department. She has also worked in the financial industry sector at the investment banking firm of J.P. Morgan, 

 

In addition to her work coaching leaders and teams, Rosie has two and a half decades of leadership in public education. She is the Chair of the Northern Virginia Community College Board and also serves on the National Board of the Association of Community College Trustees. She is a long time Eagle Scout coach. Rosie earned her Bachelor's in Foreign Service and International Economics from Georgetown University and her MBA from the Harvard Business School. She received her certifications in leadership coaching and facilitation from the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies and her Career Management Coach certification from the Academies.
