She is the Chair of the Northern Virginia Community College Board and also serves on the National Board of the Association of Community College Trustees. She is a long time Eagle Scout coach. Rosie earned her Bachelor's in Foreign Service and International Economics from Georgetown University and her MBA from the Harvard Business School. She received her certifications in leadership coaching and facilitation from the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies and her Career Management Coach certification from the Academies.
