Sarah Hagerman

Sarah Hagerman brings 15 years of experience as an organizational leadership advisor and executive coach. She specializes in the assessment, development, and coaching of growth-oriented leaders, teams, and organizations. Clients value Sarah’s encouraging and sincere style, as well as her insights regarding organizational and team dynamics. An ICF-credentialed (PCC) executive coach, Sarah earned her Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. She also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in International Relations with highest honors from Tufts University.
