Brandon Rogers

Brandon Rogers is an executive coach, management consultant, and integrated scholar-practitioner in Organization Development and Change. He has nearly 20 years of significant expertise in people and systems change, leadership development, and strategic business planning specializing in organizational design and transformation.

 

Brandon is certified as an executive coach and facilitator of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (360° feedback) assessment through the Weatherhead School of Management.  This coaching program challenges practitioners to develop nuanced expertise in coaching for sustained desired change using Emotional Intelligence and intentional change theory.  In addition to this, Brandon is certified as an everything DiSC facilitator, agile practitioner (PMI-ACP), and project management professional (PMP). 

 

Brandon has worked across several industries (corporate, government, non-profit, start-up) with companies of various sizes ranging from small/boutique to Fortune 500. He is also a published author with works printed in the Organization Development Review and Cyber Defense Magazine. 

 

Brandon holds a Doctorate in Organization Development and Change from Bowling Green State University. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kent State University.
