Dr. Samantha (Sam) Crowe is a transformation and executive coach who serves clients across sectors and industries, including Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and the U.S. military. She has 20+ years experience in strategy, leadership, and executive coaching and advising, and is a neuroscience expert in emotions, human behavior, and resilience. Sam has served as a strategy advisor and leader at the global consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton and held an internal consulting and coaching role at one of Washington, DC’s most influential industry trade associations, PhRMA, serving as chief of staff and senior advisor to executives.
Sam holds a doctorate degree in neuroscience from Georgetown University and 10+ years of teaching and research experience at Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and the National Institutes of Health. She is certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach, with specialized training in trauma-informed and somatic coaching. Sam is also a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a Certified Diversity to Belonging Culture Facilitator, and certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360) and Conscious Business.

Sarah Hagerman brings 15 years of experience as an organizational leadership advisor and executive coach. She specializes in the assessment, development, and coaching of growth-oriented leaders, teams, and organizations. Clients value Sarah’s encouraging and sincere style, as well as her insights regarding organizational and team dynamics. An ICF-credentialed (PCC) executive coach, Sarah earned her Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. She also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in International Relations with highest honors from Tufts University.

Hina Ullah is a dedicated team player with extensive experience in the non-profit world. She is a proficient communicator with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to manage transformation engagements with a focus on process improvement. Hina is willing to go the extra mile to institute standards of excellence for everyone.
Hina possesses strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and has worked in collaboration with local government agencies to serve her clients. Hina has experience in policy development, staff management procedures, and planning operational improvements. Hina holds a Bachelors's degree in Psychology.

Rahima Jamal is a marketing and branding expert with over four years of successful experience in improving companies' public presence. She is a dedicated and hardworking team player who enjoys working with all different types of people.
Rahima is passionate about volunteering, marketing, branding, organizational development, and above all, helping others. Rahima has worked with numerous clients to innovate and create comprehensive marketing and branding plans. Her expertise includes social media marketing, market research, email marketing, website development, and design. Rahima is a senior at the University of Michigan studying Communications and Media & Organizational Studies with a minor in Sales.

Rebecca Quigley is dedicated to helping females rise and thrive within their organizations. Having worked for two decades in management consulting and information technology, primarily male-driven corporate cultures, she understands the challenges, political atmosphere, and cultural nuances of large organizations struggling to fully embrace diversity and inclusion. She witnessed best practices and avoidable failures at some of the world’s largest corporations, federal government agencies, and health care conglomerates. As a leadership coach, organizations hire Rebecca to retain and grow their high potential female leaders. Individuals seek her out for increased influence, adaptability, and clarity.
Rebecca specializes in strengths-based leadership coaching for women at all organizational levels, coaching and consulting female teams, and the Hogan Leadership Assessment. She connects deeply with professional women because she understands what it takes to be a professional female navigating the workforce at all of life’s stages. She enjoys researching best practices on female leadership, gender bias, equity, and belonging. Rebecca dedicates 30% of her practice to marginalized women and women leading non-profits. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

Rachel Verlik has over 25 years of business experience, including 13 years of Federal service as an independent contributor and as a leader. She has served at agencies such as the U.S. Coast Guard and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her roles have included Project Manager (in both IT and HR), Leadership and Organizational Development Specialist, Assistant Director, and Chief of Staff positions. Her leadership roles occurred in organizations that were experiencing major systemic and organizational change after national events such as 9/11 and the 2008 financial crisis.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University and a Masters in e-Commerce from George Mason University. She completed the highly acclaimed Leadership Coaching Certificate Program at Georgetown University. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has several certifications, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Brené Brown’s Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Leadership Circle 360, EQ-I 2.0, EQ-I 360, and DiSC/The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Rachel has worked with all Cabinet-level Federal agencies and with nationally known organizations such as Public Broadcasting Service, Turner Construction, and McKinsey and Company.

Salima Hemani is a dynamic leader and expert in Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management, and an ICF Board Certified Executive Coach. She has over two decades of experience providing leadership coaching, and consulting services in the areas of organizational development, human capital management, and leadership development. Salima is a results-driven strategist and practitioner, who has a deep understanding of human & organizational development based on years of experience creating programs that enable companies to embrace the changing business landscape, enhance their effectiveness and achieve long term goals. Salima is passionate about coaching senior and emerging leaders, as well as professionals who are interested in raising their game, achieving greater influence, and realizing their full potential.
Prior to founding SZH Consulting LLC, a boutique management consulting and executive coaching company, Salima held leadership positions at global, Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Northrop Grumman, Marriott International and BAE Systems. In those roles, she was instrumental in helping inform the strategic direction of Talent Management and OE/OD functions, while delivering highly effective and impactful coaching, leadership and organizational development programs to internal & external clients, and senior leadership. Salima started her career in the technology field as a systems analyst, and has carried over her deeply analytical approach and systems thinking to design and deliver human capital solutions to improve individual and organizational performance. Her clients include global leaders from consumer products, technology, telecommunications, professional services, utilities, non-profit, and government organizations. In addition, Salima was appointed to the board of directors for the International Coaching Federation D.C., where she successfully served as the co-chair for the professional development committee.

Megan Nehr Hutchison
Megan Hutchison is an expert in leadership development and driving organizational change using adapted communication, project management, and process development techniques. She is adept at designing and deploying collaborative knowledge management and employee engagement solutions that enable teams to perform at higher levels. She is a professional facilitator working across industries and demonstrating results, applying team building, group discussion, coaching, and counseling techniques which allow participants to improve interpersonal, team, and organizational performance.
Megan is committed to accountability, financial stewardship, continuous learning, servant leadership, process improvement, and positive business management across all aspects of stakeholders and teams. She is a certified project manager and change management practitioner, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University.

Rosaelena (Rosie) O’Neil
Rosaelena O'Neil is an executive leadership and career management coach working for over 30 years with individuals and teams to support professional growth, development, and strategic alignment. Rosie's practice includes work with leaders in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She has worked in the public and private sector serving in the White House and the U.S. Treasury Department. She has also worked in the financial industry sector at the investment banking firm of J.P. Morgan,
In addition to her work coaching leaders and teams, Rosie has two and a half decades of leadership in public education. She is the Chair of the Northern Virginia Community College Board and also serves on the National Board of the Association of Community College Trustees. She is a long time Eagle Scout coach. Rosie earned her Bachelor's in Foreign Service and International Economics from Georgetown University and her MBA from the Harvard Business School. She received her certifications in leadership coaching and facilitation from the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies and her Career Management Coach certification from the Academies.
