Lana Bader-Kodsi

As a consultant and executive coach, Lana parlays her extensive business experience to help leaders transform in creating the best version of their future selves. With over twenty-five years exposure as an industry practitioner, Lana brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to client engagements.

After launching her professional career with PwC performing Audit and Attestation services, Lana joined the World Bank’s Treasury. Her leadership roles within the World Bank focused on overseeing teams performing end-to-end treasury back-office and middle-office functions and engaging cross-functional teams in successfully accomplishing mission-critical deliverables. Working in a multi-cultural, international setting with internal and external clients, staff, and senior leadership, Lana witnessed first-hand the importance of self-awareness, effective communication, fully articulated missions and visions, clarity in roles and responsibilities, and healthy team dynamics – all of which are taking on added significance in today’s complex business environment. Integrating her coaching expertise with her business knowledge, Lana thrives on helping people and organizations succeed.

Lana received her Accounting and MBA degrees from George Mason University. Along with holding CPA, CGMA, and CFA designations, Lana completed an Executive Development Program at Harvard University and most recently earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from UVA.
