Jonathan Tuteur
Jonathan Tuteur is an Executive Coach and a Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience working across numerous industries including Financial Services, U.S. Federal Government, State, and Local Government, Higher Education, Nonprofit, Retail, and High Tech. Jon has also held senior leadership positions at multiple consulting firms.
Jon's Executive Coaching work focuses on helping individuals and groups optimize their performance, enhance their mindset, and achieve their potential. Some of the key challenges in which Jon partners with his clients are emotional intelligence, decision-making, deep listening, delegation, team motivation, leading during times of change, and productivity and time/stress management. His coaching clients include CEOs, senior executives, and emerging leaders.
His consulting work focuses on a multitude of organizational challenges including employee learning and development, change management, growth, and organizational strategy, and employee and organizational behavior. His experience also includes an extensive amount of global travel across five continents supporting large-scale change initiatives for various clients.
Jon received his Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University with a double concentration in Human Resource Management and Information Systems and a Minor in Psychology. He received an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is an ICF-certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Jon is also certified in the Emotional Intelligence Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) 2.0 and the DRiV assessment.
Jon is a member of the Epilepsy Foundation of America’s Metro DC Chapter’s Advisory Board and has supported the Foundation in various capacities over the past 10+ years including receiving the Excellence in Partnership Award. He also holds a leadership position with George Washington University’s Mentoring and Immersion Program for Consulting (MIPC) and actively supports the Anti-Defamation League where he was a Glass Leadership Fellow. Jon lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two daughters.
