Margarita (Rita) Andryushchenko

Rita Andryushchenko is an intuitive leader and an invaluable support to extraordinary women in business. She is an expert in human connections and relationships. Rita accomplished a thriving decade-long career in emergency management, program management, and analysis as well as project management at the federal government level, where she worked with a plethora of stakeholders from the White House to nonprofit organizations, and at the state, local, tribal, and territorial government levels. After witnessing the effects of chronic stress on people’s health during COVID-19 extended shutdowns, declining quality of life, and decreased work performance, Rita started her own health and wellness coaching practice feeling a deep calling to this work. Anchored in trauma-informed principles and mindful habits, Rita guides women who live with general anxiety and depression to healing and consciously designing the life they want for themselves.  

 

Her many interests supported by a robust education and personal experience make Rita an asset to any team and organization. She is someone you want to have in your corner every step of the way. Rita is a certified health and wellness coach, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator with a Bachelor’s in English from Fresno Pacific University, a Sacramento California State University single-subject teaching credential, and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Champlain College.
