Omar A. Saldaña
As an executive coach, Omar believes clients are whole, capable, resourceful, and creative, and his job is to hold space so they can solve their problems. Utilizing an approach informed by the science of human performance and neuroscience, he guides an action-learning process to enhance the client’s ability to effective actions and gain learning agility. He works with leaders across industries to examine their thinking and to think beyond what they believe right now so they can see new possibilities. He is passionate about helping leaders articulate their vision for the future, build productive relationships, create positive work climates, and exceed performance goals.
Omar graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from Cornell University and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation, earned his credentials in executive coaching from Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program, and is certified in assessments such as Hogan Assessments, Neethling Brain Instrument, and Clark Wilson 360. He is bilingual – English and Spanish.
