Special Superpower: "Being a coach is an honor and a privilege. As I partner with leaders to support their growth in becoming intentional leaders of themselves and their teams, I get a front row seat in observing their progress in areas like emotional intelligence, critical/strategic thinking, and applying the truth that relational skills are just as important as technical skills."
