Gabriel Fernandez is an executive coach with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience across financial services, technology, consulting, and media. Throughout his career, he worked across organizations including Apple, American Express, and Booz Allen Hamilton, leading strategic initiatives spanning brand strategy, marketing, communications, organizational effectiveness, and culture. He has led cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams and projects, helping organizations strengthen their market presence, engage employees, navigate change, and deliver business results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Drawing on professional coaching methodologies and extensive experience navigating the demands of complex, high-performance organizations, Gabriel helps leaders slow down, trust what they’re capable of, navigate complexity, and take meaningful action. His coaching integrates cognitive, emotional, relational, and somatic awareness to help clients create lasting change while leading with greater confidence and authenticity. Gabriel is a Certified Co-Active Practitioner through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds a Multicultural Leadership Certification from the Hispanic Alliance for Career Advancement (HACE), and has completed Leadership Excellence training through Harvard’s Executive Education program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Public Relations from Sonoma State University and a Master of Science in Communications Design from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.
