Over the past 20+ years, she’s built a career leading enterprise-level strategy, transformation, and operations for organizations across sectors and around the globe.

Her work spans private industry, higher education, government, and non-profits, where she has consistently applied a unique blend of analytical insight and hands-on leadership to shape and execute bold strategies. ​
​As a proven strategist and problem-solver, Geralynn specializes in identifying opportunities, managing complexity, and leading high-impact transformations. She has led strategic planning, transformation initiatives, organizational design efforts, and financial and operational analyses for notable organizations including PwC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Marriott International, and most recently, American University, where she served as Executive Director of Strategy in the President’s Office. Her cross-functional expertise spans administration, finance, HR, IT, and operations, with experience across industries including hospitality, telecommunications, international development, and higher education. Her work has taken her around the world, with engagements in Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Russia.

Geralynn holds an MBA from American University, a Post-Master’s Certificate in IT from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University. She is PMP-certified and fluent in Spanish. Geralynn also serves on the Vation Ventures Innovation Advisory Council, contributing insights on the evolving intersection of innovation, strategy, and leadership.
