Dr. Johanna Wolf is a consulting psychologist and executive coach who brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of human performance, leadership, and psychology. She believes individuals, teams, and organizations have the innate capacity to grow when given the space to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and psychological insight.

Johanna’s career spans global consulting, elite military units, and federal health systems. Most recently, she served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and high-performing teams within Joint Special Operations, where she focused on assessment and selection, leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Her approach blends psychological expertise with practical application, helping clients lead with clarity and courage in complex environments.

She is certified in Hogan Assessments, The Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360, DISC, and the OPQ, and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Johanna earned her undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University and her doctorate in clinical psychology from The George Washington University. She completed her internship at Harvard Medical School and her postdoctoral fellowship at Boston University. She brings warmth, curiosity, and scientific rigor to every engagement—supporting clients in becoming more effective leaders and more intentional humans.
