Joseph also has technology credentials including Expert Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist for Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation (AI for a major Low-Code/No-Code platform); he has previously held a TS/SCI clearance.
