Neil Del Rosario

Neil is a creative strategist with a strong foundation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a passion for translating ideas into purposeful content. At SZH Consulting, he leads the charge in designing thoughtful digital experiences; from managing end-to-end social media campaigns to spearheading website redesigns, refining team narratives, and launching standout visual assets that align with culture and strategy.

His academic foundation in I/O Psychology gives him a distinct advantage: he understands the deeper motivations behind behavior, culture, and communication. This allows him to approach messaging through a human-centered lens, ensuring that every visual, caption, or campaign isn’t just eye-catching — it’s aligned with values, emotionally resonant, and behaviorally smart.

During his internship and subsequent role at OSM Thome from 2024 to 2025, Neil played a key part in enhancing internal communications, shaping culture-focused initiatives, and supporting digital branding efforts. He helped design and deliver training materials, HR content, and employee engagement visuals — strengthening how information was communicated and absorbed across teams. Notably, Neil designed and oversaw the production of the 2025 OSM Thome Planner, which was proudly distributed to over 31,000 employees worldwide.
Outside of his formal roles, Neil also built and grew an art-focused Instagram account, organically reaching over 9,000 engaged followers and generating more than 7,000 likes and interactions online. Through thoughtfully curated visuals, consistent creative direction, and story-driven posts, he cultivated a strong and loyal community. This personal project allowed Neil to deepen his expertise in digital storytelling, audience engagement, content analytics, and visual branding — all while expressing his artistic voice with authenticity and intention.
