Sarah Shell is a seasoned business transformation consultant with over 30 years of experience driving strategic planning, program management, and performance improvement across both public and private sectors. With a career that includes top-tier management consulting firms, such as Deloitte, she has led high-impact initiatives supporting senior-level executives at federal agencies, quasi public/private organizations, private companies, and small businesses.

Known for her ability to bring structure to complexity, Sarah works with clients to clarify goals, align teams, and implement sustainable solutions. She brings deep expertise in coaching operations, organizational change management, financial modeling, and strategic communications. Her work consistently supports leaders in making informed decisions and delivering measurable results.

Sarah also brings experience in the executive coaching space, where she has overseen hundreds of client engagements, helping to streamline operations and ensure high-quality delivery for her clients and stakeholders. Her strengths lie in bridging strategy and execution, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and creating practical tools that enhance performance.

Sarah holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a BFA in Communication Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. She has held Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certifications and previously held a TS/SCI clearance. Based in the Washington, D.C. area, Sarah also contributes her expertise to nonprofits through pro bono business advisory and strategic planning work.
