Stacy Campesi is a certified professional coach and organizational development consultant with over 15 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and training. She helps leaders and teams unlock their potential by uncovering blind spots, embracing hidden strengths, and developing their unique path forward. Stacy’s dynamic approach focuses on building emotional intelligence, setting boundaries, and teaching leaders coaching skills. She has worked with organizations across sectors—higher education, non-profits, and corporate environments—to design and implement tailored leadership programs that drive real results. 

As an organizational development consultant, Stacy partners with organizations to enhance team dynamics, improve employee engagement, and cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance. She has led numerous strategy sessions, workshops, and retreats, helping teams align on vision and goals while creating actionable plans for sustainable success. 

Known for her highly interactive facilitation style, Stacy engages participants in hands-on, action-oriented workshops. She encourages leaders to roll up their sleeves and actively participate, ensuring they leave with a practical plan of action that can be immediately applied. 

Stacy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and holds certifications in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 emotional intelligence assessments, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Prosci Change Management and The Leadership Circle Profile 360. She earned her BA in Sociology and an MA in Leadership and Public Administration from Centenary University.
